The practice of combining yoga and instrumental music can heal, encourage, and nurture your soul. During this workshop, students will be serenaded by fantastic musicians while practicing yoga with Kate Anderson. Laura Wortman and Kagey Parrish of The Honey Dewdrops will be playing acoustic guitar, electric guitar, and banjo live during our yoga practice. Kate will lead students through a Level 1 yoga practice. Class ends with a deliciously long savasana full of music.
